By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Not use the Platform if blockchain or cryptocurrency activities are prohibited in your country or region.
Fynosa provides a decentralized NFT marketplace and blockchain ecosystem where users may:
Mint NFTs
Buy and sell NFTs
Transfer digital assets
Connect crypto wallets
Interact with blockchain smart contracts
Participate in Web3 ecosystem features
Fynosa does not guarantee the future value, profitability, or liquidity of any NFT or digital asset.
To use the Platform, users may connect third-party wallets such as:
MetaMask
Trust Wallet
Other supported Web3 wallets
You are solely responsible for:
Protecting your private keys and seed phrases
All wallet activities
Any transactions initiated from your wallet
Fynosa cannot recover lost wallets, passwords, private keys, or digital assets.
All blockchain transactions are:
Final and irreversible
Processed through decentralized networks
Subject to blockchain gas fees
Fynosa does not control blockchain confirmations, delays, failures, or network congestion.
Users are responsible for verifying wallet addresses and transaction details before confirming transactions.
Ownership of an NFT is recorded on the blockchain network.
Purchasing an NFT grants ownership of the token itself but does not automatically grant:
Copyright ownership
Trademark rights
Commercial rights
Intellectual property ownership
Unless explicitly stated by the creator.
Users agree NOT to:
Violate any law or regulation
Use stolen funds or unauthorized wallets
Engage in fraud, scams, money laundering, or market manipulation
Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content
Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or smart contract loopholes
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
Use bots or automated systems to manipulate marketplace activity
Fynosa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activities.
The Platform may charge:
NFT minting fees
Marketplace transaction fees
Service fees
Blockchain gas/network fees
All fees are displayed before transaction confirmation.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
All platform branding, logos, UI designs, software, and content belong to Fynosa or its licensors.
Users may not:
Copy platform code
Reproduce branding
Reverse engineer systems
Use Fynosa trademarks without permission
Users are solely responsible for content uploaded or minted as NFTs.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the content
The content does not infringe third-party rights
The content is lawful
Fynosa reserves the right to remove content violating these Terms.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge risks including:
Cryptocurrency volatility
NFT market fluctuations
Smart contract vulnerabilities
Regulatory uncertainty
Cybersecurity risks
Wallet compromise
Blockchain network failures
NFTs and cryptocurrencies are highly speculative digital assets.
Users assume full responsibility for all financial risks.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes:
Financial advice
Investment advice
Trading advice
Legal or tax advice
Users should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
The Platform may integrate third-party services including:
Wallet providers
Blockchain explorers
Payment gateways
Analytics providers
Fynosa is not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fynosa shall not be liable for:
Loss of funds
NFT value decline
Wallet compromise
Smart contract failures
Lost profits
Indirect or consequential damages
Service interruptions
Users access the Platform at their own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fynosa, its founders, team members, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform
Violation of these Terms
Violation of third-party rights
Illegal activities
Fynosa may suspend or terminate access without notice if users:
Violate these Terms
Engage in suspicious activities
Harm the Platform or community
Breach applicable laws
Fynosa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
